In this session, participants will:

As a part of this session, participants will get hands on experience with Red Rooster Consulting’s Manager/Leader Continuum™.  This assessment tool is comprised of three major competency areas: leadership, understanding the business, and managing people.  For each competency area there are specific behaviors and attributes against which participants will self rate.  Participants will leave with a new view of their role and self and an action plan for development.


Improvisation in the Workplace:

Improvisation isn’t just for actors anymore!  This session focuses on effective communication and can also be used as a teambuilding event.  Any professional or group that  wants to innovate and adapt, increase productivity, reduce stress, and have fun will benefit from Improvisation in the Workplace.
