Rosemary Marks DiMonte
Executive Principal & Founder

Rosemary Marks DiMonte, Executive Principal & Founder of Red Rooster Consulting, Inc. in Glenview, Illinois is an Organization Development expert with 20 plus years of experience across all industries in private and public companies in Chicago and across the U.S. With half of her career experience as a leader within organizations and the other half as a consultant to organizations she is a reality based business and management advisor. The spectrum of her expertise is broad and ranges from high-level business strategy work to people-related programmatic development and implementation. Spanning her skill set and abilities is a rich knowledge and experience base in all aspects of Organization Development with specialized expertise in strategic planning, leadership development, executive coaching, change management, internal communications, and training.  In addition, Rosemary has extensive experience in service management and total quality management which has shaped the way in which Red Rooster Consulting interacts with its own clients and results in the principles of service and quality being incorporated in some way into each client solution.

She is the creator of the Manager/Leader ContinuumTM an assessment tool uniquely designed to assess and develop the dimensions of business, people and leadership skills for high level business owners and managers.

As an expert facilitator, Rosemary leads workshops and learning experiences for varying audiences to include: executives, sales, administrative, human resources, finance and IT.

In addition to consulting, Rosemary speaks frequently to professional associations, is a guest speaker at the graduate school level, and she serves on the I/O Advisory Board of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her clients promote Rosemary as enthusiastic, insightful and practical in her approaches to helping them change quickly and accelerate their organizations to success



Suzanne Sitrin
Principal

Suzanne Sitrin has had over 14 plus years experience in Organization Development and HR consulting. She has had both internal and external consulting roles and she has worked with public and private organizations in a variety of industries in Chicago and across the U.S. Suzanne's expertise ranges from defining and implementing broad-scale strategic recommendations throughout an organization, to design and delivery of specific programs to support strategic initiatives. In the area of Organization Development, Suzanne has expertise in people-related strategic planning, performance management, competency design, sales development strategies and training, leadership development/coaching, instructional design and training/facilitation. In addition to her experience consulting with clients, Suzanne has also had extensive experience in managing others within an organization and working in team environments. She has completed training by Second City performers to deliver Improvisation in the Workplace workshops. She has a BS in Marketing from Indiana University, and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Business. Her clients appreciate the energy and drive that Suzanne brings to all her projects.
