Red Rooster Consulting, Inc. provides organization design services. We can create and re-model functions within organizations. We help our clients restructure in response to growth, revenue downturns, outsourcing

She has implemented Prospect Management systems in organizations to help them better understand their prospect portfolio and more effectively manage the landscape. She has defined and implemented more structured Performance Management Systems and has worked with over 100 Sales Managers to help them more effectively coach/develop their sales teams. As a Principal at Red Rooster Consulting, she has implemented a Prospect Management process and led the development for the Sales Management Team for a national insurance company. As the Manager of Organization Development for Trans Union Corporation, she designed a broad encompassing sales curriculum that aligned with the competencies and was responsible for the development of a 400 person sales organization. She began her career in sales where she was the leading sales person for a national training and development sales organization.

Assessment:

We conduct assessments of leaders at the executive, director and manager level to determine current strengths and areas in need of development.  With our assistance, our clients can select an assessment tool from our Assessment Tool Suite dependent upon their level and the type of organization they work within.

Coaching:

We coach C-Level leaders, executives, directors and managers.  Each leadership level requires a slightly different approach and level of development advice and counseling.

Our coaching provides leaders --- at the executive, director or manager level – the help they need to develop and strengthen new skills and behaviors.  Clients rely on our coaching when they are being promoted into higher-level positions, transitioning into new and different roles and/or in need of achieving major turnarounds in behaviors or skills.  We coach leaders in all industries and organizational functions.

Our coaching technique is based on the following principals:

  • Accountability and commitment from both the coaching client and the coach
  • Ongoing communication and open dialogue during which both the coach and the client are fully present
  • Recognition and celebration of progress towards client goals
  • Timely address of backsliding behavior when observed

Our coaching will include some or all of the following:
